Ordering from SMTS Ltd
All Models shown within the Product Catalogue indicate the current SMTS Range.
Subject to demand and SMTS production schedules, models may not always be available.
Goods in stock will be despatched promptly. CUSTOMER CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE
CHARGED UNTIL THE DAY OF DESPATCH. Most packages will require a signature on
delivery, but we are happy to deliver to a work address, or to a friend or relative.
In order to do this, please make sure to provide us with the correct delivery address.
If you are unhappy with the models, return them to us for a replacement or a full refund
of the purchase price. Products must be returned to SMTS within 14 days of purchase
and must be in their original packaging. Since we cannot be held responsible for any
goods lost in transit, we recommend that goods are sent by recorded post.

Product prices are valid until January 1st. We have taken care to describe and portray
our models accurately, although slight variation with the actual models may occur
from time to time. SMTS reserves the right to inform the customer of any incorrect
information before payment is taken. If you pay be credit card, and incorrectly calculate
the final amount, we reserve the right to charge the correct amount.
SMTS is a trading name of Scale Model Technical Services Ltd., Company
number 3519194. SMTSs total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of
the good supplied. We will let you know at the time of order if there is any problem.
